Services Australia Brand Hub registration form
Brand hub provides information on the visual identity system and is managed by Brand and Design Section, Communications Division.
Communications Division is the business owner of the Services Australia brand, including myGov. We are the authority for execution of the brand in products, channels and service design.
Access for Services Australia staff is now managed through ICT Security Portal (ISP). Do not complete the registration form.

We have enhanced security on Services Australia Brand Hub with multi-factor authentication (MFA).
What this means for you
- MFA protects users by adding a second layer of security in addition to a password.
- New and existing users are required to use an authenticator app (Microsoft or Google Authenticator) which generates a rotating 6-digit code.
- The generated code is used as the second layer of authentication.
- Existing users will still be able to access the same materials once login is complete.
- New users will be emailed a task card upon registration approval.
